Shipping policy
Since each product is individually printed, orders are processed within 6 to 8 weeks after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.
Domestic and Local Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated by our carriers and will be displayed at checkout. Due to the size of our products, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Free pickup is available for local residents. The option should be available to select at checkout. If you can't see it or if you have questions, please contact sales@textilehive.com to make arrangements.
At this time, we can only ship within the US. We hope to open up additional shipping options soon.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@textilehive.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
