Refund policy
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can:
- return your product for a refund to the original payment method, or
- exchange it for a different product.
We're happy to offer free shipping on most returns, but unfortunately we cannot provide prepaid shipping labels in the event of a customer error. If your order was placed using the wrong shipping address or if you need to correct a different issue before your order is finalized, please email us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Art unless damaged or defective.
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must be authorized by Textile Hive prior to shipping the item back to us.
If your item arrived damaged or with a defect, or never arrived, please take a photo of the damage and send it with your order details to sales@textilehive.com for resolution.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order or shipping confirmation email to request a return or exchange. You can also email us at sales@textilehive.com or use the Contact form.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided, in the original product packaging.
Please allow 24-48 business days for us to process your return and/or ship your exchanged product. If you chose to make a return for a refund, you will receive your refund within 7 days of Textile Hive receiving the returned product.
